Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for scalable cloud-native solutions
- Mentor 5+ engineers through agile development cycles

Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and microservices architecture
- Strong background in Python, Go, or Java
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering cloud migrations
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- Excellent remote collaboration skills
