- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation protocols
- Provide timely responses to user inquiries during high-traffic periods
- Analyze chat trends to proactively address emerging issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation or customer support
- Exceptional written communication skills with flawless grammar
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Twitch, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
- Ability to make quick judgment calls under pressure
- Strong understanding of digital safety protocols and cultural sensitivity
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Available to work evenings/weekends based on business needs
- Experience with Zendesk or similar moderation tools preferred
