Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related questions for our clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the remote team to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services or cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
