Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding technical issues, billing inquiries, and product troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions, especially during late-night hours.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while adhering to established call scripts and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
