Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the support department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a major plus.
