Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for remote clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff and external customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and technical support tickets.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product usability.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data security protocols and remote work guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions for new remote hires on internal tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Citizenship or Permanent Residency required).
- Must reside in or near Portland, Texas (for potential in-office training if required, though work is remote).
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis (approx. 40 hours).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
