Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper placement.
- Inspect equipment and facility to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of shipments to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety quotas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on provided equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required but a plus).
