- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues, process orders, and troubleshoot software problems
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Meet weekly performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English and Spanish
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM EST)
