- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify trends and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Midwestern dialect fluency
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday overflow during peak seasons
