Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for digital services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in weekend rotational shifts (Sat/Sun, 8am-8pm CST)
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or remote support experience
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts and occasional holidays
