Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues for SaaS platform users
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and maintain CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover of complex cases
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote/hybrid work
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm ET)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools
