Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 teams for complex technical escalations
- Proactively identify trends to improve customer experience workflows
- Complete weekly performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with rotating shifts
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge preferred
