Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to SLAs and maintain high resolution standards
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional holiday coverage
