- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex cases to senior support
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, first-contact rate)
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules including holidays
