- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate technical issues
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and troubleshooting protocols
- Contribute to weekend support documentation and knowledge base updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical assistance roles
- Proven ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues remotely
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management with ability to multitask in high-volume periods
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday 8am-8pm EST)
