Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve complex system problems via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Implement security protocols and system updates during weekend maintenance windows
- Mentor junior technicians and share best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM PST)
- Experience with remote desktop software (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
