Responsibilities
- Monitor System Health: Proactively monitor server performance and network security during off-hours to ensure zero downtime.
- Technical Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for remote employees accessing systems on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Incident Management: Lead the response to critical incidents, escalating issues to on-call engineers when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks to reflect weekend procedures.
- User Assistance: Assist non-technical staff with software installation and account access queries.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or remote operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with global teams.
- Tools: Proficiency with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems (Jira/Zendesk), and cloud platforms.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
