Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via remote channels.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy during weekend peak hours.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in training new team members on remote support protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop software.
