Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Automate reporting processes using Python/R to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis experience with hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Experience working with healthcare or insurance datasets preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
