About The Role:
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues via phone and chat, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores, and documenting all interactions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to US-based clients during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within defined SLA guidelines.

Qualifications
