Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory predictions
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for all AI initiatives, from development to deployment

- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and adapt organizational policies proactively
- Oversee bias mitigation processes in machine learning pipelines
- Create transparency documentation for AI decision-making systems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Proficiency in ML model auditing and bias detection tools
- Experience developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or related philosophical frameworks
- Understanding of 2026 technology landscape projections
