Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure that aligns with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Future-Proofing Solutions: Conduct rigorous stress testing on current systems to ensure seamless integration with emerging quantum and generative AI technologies.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Implement frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with evolving data privacy regulations and ethical standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Autonomous Agents, Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their applicability to our core products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and implementing future-tech solutions in a business context.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
