Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical architecture for 2026 technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and future tech trends.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Design scalable backend systems capable of integrating with emerging quantum computing protocols and advanced AI models.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of legacy systems with next-generation autonomous agents and neural networks.
- Performance Optimization: Architect high-throughput, low-latency systems to handle the data demands of predictive analytics in a 2026 environment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect proprietary data in a decentralized, AI-driven ecosystem.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D departments to prototype and validate futuristic hardware-software interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning infrastructure.
- Future-Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts regarding post-silicon computing, edge AI, and quantum algorithm basics.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
