Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (2020-2025)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with agile methodologies in experimental environments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
