Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for our flagship AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with our 2026 strategic milestones.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Establish Technical Standards: Set rigorous engineering standards and governance frameworks to ensure code quality, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor and Inspire: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and fostering a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Drive Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging tech stacks, including Large Language Models and edge computing architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity within the tech industry.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from concept to deployment, specifically within fast-paced, agile environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred for senior roles).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
