Responsibilities
- Forecast and map disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario models for societal impact of automation, bio-digital convergence, and space colonization
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, ethicists, and policymakers to align innovation roadmaps
- Produce annual 2026 Tech Impact Report
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis in 2030+ contexts
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and incubate next-gen startups solving 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight or strategic innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or impact assessments for 2025+ timelines
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: synthetic biology, decentralized AI, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising governments or Fortune 500 on tech policy and adaptation strategies
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable development (e.g., UN SDG Impact)
