Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shifts
- Provide remote technical support to global employees via ticketing systems
- Execute system backups and disaster recovery protocols
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and patch deployments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience (helpdesk/systems admin)
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (flexible schedule possible)
