Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions with 3-year scalability
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Curate quarterly foresight summits with external futurists and academic partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or futurism roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology adoption roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate-tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling framework (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
