Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026+ using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy innovations
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging market realities
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in launching tech ventures or transforming established industries through innovation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Credibility speaking at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact platforms
- Fluency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
