Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and inflection points impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption, metaverse integration, and climate resilience strategies
- Produce executive foresight reports with data-driven predictions on workforce transformation and regulatory shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with quantified ROI projections
- Lead the Future Intelligence Division's annual '2026 Vision Summit' for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise value (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, or Cross-Impact Matrices
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
