Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic developments
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for disruptive innovation adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with cross-functional teams
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on emerging technologies and market shifts
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem of startups, researchers, and industry partners
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and influencing C-level decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals preferred
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and startup communities
