Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate solutions
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, UX designers, and industry specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify ROI of futuristic initiatives through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps in tech or consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, synthetic biology, or circular economy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and large-scale conferences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Experience leading distributed teams across global markets
