Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive market forces and paradigm shifts

- Facilitate cross-functional strategy sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Measure and optimize innovation KPIs using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or future foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or paradigm shifts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CPSI) preferred
