Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen networks
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure scaling initiatives
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum error correction research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proven track record with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes research environments
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
