You'll leverage our proprietary HorizonScan platform to identify disruption vectors and design proactive strategies that turn uncertainty into opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience
- Produce foresight reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Integrate AI-driven trend analysis with human-centered foresight methodologies
- Build predictive models for market evolution and disruption risks
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Strong quantitative skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across industries
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
