- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption and competitive disruption
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research labs and technology incubators
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech workshops
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist forecasting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum, generative AI, spatial computing, decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight accreditation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
