Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead market research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Manage a portfolio of proof-of-concept projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental R&D
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
