Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic frameworks for emerging tech domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, policy, and commercialization teams
- Anticipate geopolitical, ethical, and market disruptions through predictive analytics
- Architect blue-sky initiatives with potential for 10x societal impact
- Partner with Stanford/MIT/ETH Zurich on next-generation research protocols
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and global innovation councils
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Emerging Technology with 7+ years applied experience
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable societal impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or conference proceedings
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 or sovereign innovation bodies
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning from WFS or APF
