Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making

- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum neural networks
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years of post-doc experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (5+ papers)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or computer vision
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum machine learning
