As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will own our data pipelines, build interactive dashboards, and provide critical insights that drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- SQL & Automation: Write optimized SQL queries and automate data extraction processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide support.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), Excel (Advanced functions), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift preferred), and version control (Git).
- Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote WFH environment.
