- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure zero errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to ensure accurate documentation.
- Adhere to strict company quality assurance standards and production quotas.
- Maintain the strictest level of patient confidentiality and data security compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify unclear audio segments when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM (Words Per Minute).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and anatomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcription software.
- Previous experience in medical transcription or a related field.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to work independently.
