Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically focused on the 2026 landscape, prioritizing AI scalability and integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of Generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Conduct market analysis to forecast technological shifts and identify high-impact investment opportunities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives and innovation pipelines.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align long-term technological vision with business objectives.
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies, managing the transition from concept to production.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI or Future Tech strategy.
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives and delivering scalable technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
