Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request; diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical problems.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior team members or management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
