Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat by answering questions and resolving technical or billing issues.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent service quality.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow company guidelines, scripts, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
Qualifications
