Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports for management using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating our internal databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Document data processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
