- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Document support cases using our ticketing system with detailed resolution notes
- Assist with software installations, configurations, and user account management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
