Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to accurately track customer interactions and update client records.
- Client Acquisition: Assist in identifying potential leads and educating prospects on our products/services.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates and retention.

- Market Research: Conduct basic market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
