Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and traffic.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to screen resumes and schedule interviews for open positions.
- Manage and update job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Perform outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance reports to suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our client portfolio.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or HR is a plus).
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
