Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO audits and develop data-driven strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier technical talent.
- Optimize job descriptions and company career pages for maximum SEO performance.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through networking and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR departments to align hiring goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and website performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
