Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to drive organic traffic growth for our recruitment platforms.
- Manage and optimize job postings across various job boards and social media channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that improve SEO rankings.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and maintain data accuracy.
- Analyze web analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in our recruitment marketing funnels.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
